Bomb Cyclone 2019
Mar 13, 2019

Winter Storm Warning.

A bomb cyclone is hitting the central US - carrying with it blizzard conditions, hurricane-force winds, severe weather, and a flood threat from the Rockies to the East Coast.  The impact is expected to hit the hardest in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. The National Weather Service has put out a travel advisory, tweeting "DO NOT TRAVEL if you live in these areas!".

Many schools in the impacted area have announced closings, and several airlines have already cancelled more than 1,300 flights out of Denver.

Gallagher Bassett offices throughout the affected regions have taken all precautions to ensure the safety of its employees and the continued claims operation without service disruptions.  All emergency and precautionary plans are in effect and operational.  We will continue to monitor the storm as it progresses.
