Gallagher Bassett hosted the first annual robotic process automation (RPA) symposium to gain insights on the latest RPA trends. In partnership with Lateetud, a global award-winning process automation company, GB brought together thought leaders from across the country in the finance, insurance, healthcare, and retail industries.
Jeffrey Austin White, SVP and Product Manager – Workers’ Compensation at Gallagher Bassett, emceed the event and was one of nine speakers of the symposium. More companies are turning to an emerging technology practice, RPA, to streamline operations and reduce costs. With RPA, businesses can automate rudimentary rules-based business processes, enabling staff to devote more time on serving customers or other activities. The event featured executives who successfully implement RPA in their businesses.
The RPA Symposium set out to determine what experts have to say about RPA and to determine the maturity and directions of RPA solutions across a variety of industries.
The RPA Symposium took place at Gallagher headquarters on September 20, 2018.
