We are proud to announce Gallagher Bassett as the winner of the Captive Awards’ 2021 Third Party Administrator of the Year award! Our business handles all lines of property and casualty claims, and our portfolio includes 35 group captives, with our captive team itself reaching 500 members. This is GB's fourth annual win of the TPA of the Year award in the US Captive Awards.

The award recognizes “a TPA’s capability and service efficiency, as well as any innovation when it comes to software administration and technology…[and] will also be judged on growth and advancement in market share, with customer service tailored solutions and client satisfaction,” according to the Captive Review Awards’ website.

Within the past year, we have established GB Transportation, a specialized focus for transportation claims, and we have begun use of Clinical Concierge, a GB exclusive program that improves our support of injured workers and their claims.

On top of these developments, we also launched our COVID-19 Resource Center. This center includes materials for Captive Managers and members to use, such as the Road to Reoccupancy guide, the Work from Home guide, and an interactive legal map.

We are also proud to recognize our other nominations at the Captive Awards: Gallagher Bassett's MCU for Claims Handler of the Year, Amy O’Brien for Captive Service Professional of the Year, and Ann Michels for Emerging Talent – Service Professional.
